** Your Role**: The Air Logistics Area Business Partner drives process migration and monitor progress achievements. Also, acts as direct liaison between KN GS Operations teams and assigned Air Logistics Area/Country.
** Your Responsibilities**: + Own migration of Processes from the Business to KNGS, including planning and communication.
+ Drive the achievement relating to migration and business development targets to KNGS, including strategies to increase GS Usage.
+ Provide visibility of development by monitoring, analysis, and reporting (as required by Region) of Targets, Performance, volumes, migrations, etc.), including obstacles and potential solutions.
+ Work with KNGS Production Teams to address and resolve, or escalate, performance and/or Quality issues.
+ Continuously collaborate with KNGS stakeholders (Process, Training, systems, production teams) for task execution improvements and standardization potentials
+ Initiate exchanges regarding performance reviews and improvement initiatives with countries and KNGS.
+ Support Customer Countries with Process requirements collection and creation of the Working instructions for KNGS.
+ Align Global Systems and process requirements employed by KNGS with requesting countries before migration.
+ Provide complete information to successfully migrate Processes to KNGS.
+ Timely update all other communication and demand tools.
+ Confirm with GS Production Team(s) that all requirements and information have been received.
+ Exclusive use of GS Reporting and Monitor Tools for performance, quality and volume analysis and reporting.
+ Collaborate with other KN GS site ABP's to share knowledge and best practices, and to get information on services performed.
+ Confidential handling of statistics and Customer Country particulars.
+ The schedule we offer: Monday to Friday 7:45am to 4:45pm 100% on-site
**Your Skills and Experiences**:
- + Stakeholder management, communication and customer service skills are mandatory.
+ Must be able to engage with and get buy-in from stakeholders by.
+ Must have a high degree of organizational skills and be self-disciplined and motivated.
+ Ability to communicate on a professional level with customer countries and the KNGS Teams
+ Must be detailed in analyzing processes and disciplined in documenting such processes.
+ Advanced English Level - written and oral.
+ Preferred: Leadership experience, Air Logistics Industry knowledge, KN Processes, Systems, Operations, products, and Services knowledge, Project Management, US VISA.
+ Minimum: Two of the GS Roles, Effective communication.
