We're looking for a Key Accounts Executive responsible to manage the key accounts, with the purpose of developing and maintaining the relationship with the client to promote the growth of distant categories in a sustainable and profitable way.
**Responsibilities**:
- Drive profitable sales growth within key accounts
- Development of the client's commercial strategy, portfolio administration and transparent management of the "sales expense" investment
- Maintain optimal inventory levels according to objectives
- Pre
- and post-promotion analysis in conjunction with Trade Marketing and Sales Operations
- Demand planning (forecast) to meet Fill Rate and Forecast Accuracy objectives
- Ensure the execution of the business plan for each of the accounts and channels (initiatives, distribution, exhibition, price and promotions)
- Conduct periodic business reviews with clients
- Integrate marketing strategies to the channel and key accounts
- Increase portfolio participation and monitoring of inflatables
- Responsible for the share of market of each category in key accounts
- Ensure correct execution and measurement with the company's tools
- Supervision of execution of strategies in the POS
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering
- 3+ years of experience managing key accounts
- 3+ years of experience with management or creation of strategies, negotiations, decision making with clients
- 3+ years of experience with inventory and/or logistics management and analysis
- 2+ years of experience and knowledge in E-commerce platforms
- Extensive business exposure and understanding of corporate strategies
- Deep understanding of clients and their needs
- Solid knowledge in negotiation with key accounts
- English Level - Advanced Intermediate
- High level of negotiation capacity
- Management of desirable merchandisers
- Professional experience in investment (budgets)
