Junior Travel And Expenses Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Junior Travel and Expenses Analyst** to join our client's team. The primary responsibility of this role is to support the accurate and timely execution of travel and expense quality reviews, adhering to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and in compliance with service levels, company policies, procedures, and controls.**Responsibilities**:- Assist in performing thorough quality reviews of travel and expense transactions within established timelines and according to predetermined accuracy standards.- Support in obtaining necessary approvals for payments by company Delegation of Authority policies.- Assist in preparing analytical reports and accounting schedules to support financial reconciliation processes.- Aid in reviewing monthly reconciliation reports and addressing any outstanding items promptly to ensure resolution within specified time frames.- Assist in proactively identifying and addressing operational issues related to payments, as well as responding to queries from vendors, employees, or internal staff regarding payment processes.- Escalate unresolved issues or complex queries to the supervisor for further assistance and resolution.Qualifications:- Technical degree in accounting and finance or Advanced university student in related fields- At least 1 year in travel and expenses management is preferred.- Basic understanding of financial controls, policies, and procedures.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.- Prior exposure to ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoFecha límite para postularse: 11/05/2024
