Junior Project Scheduler

Core purpose of role:  Work within the overall project team to align the project schedule, daily monitoring of the project schedule, gather construction advance information and provide visibility to leadership team about progress, risks and issues.    Specific key accountabilities:  The project scheduler is responsible for: Work within the overall project team to align the project schedule.
Provides feedback to leadership on observed risks and issues regarding schedule.
Daily tracking of schedule progress.
Updating changes to the schedule.
Schedule progress reports.
Generating meeting minutes for the different groups as well as running reports / dashboards from the designated tracking tool Working with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather construction advance information  Creating reports, dashboards and visualizations  Key success measures: Requirements accuracy: How precise and complete the schedule information gathered  Stakeholder satisfaction: How satisfied stakeholders are with the analysis process  Decision impact: How the schedule analysis contributes to informed decision making
