Key job responsibilities
- Handle the day-to-day volumes of the assigned tasks and ensure the given SLAs are met per quality standards.
- Demonstrates effective, clear and professional written and oral communication.
- Provides prompt and efficient service to Amazon Selling Partners including the appropriate escalation of Sellers' issues.
- Create on-brand design solutions that meet measurable business goals and requirements.
- Create customer-centric designs by integrating marketing objectives, target audience and creative assets into advertising designs.
- Design cohesive premium content across multiple platforms including desktop and mobile.
- Understand usability principles that help drive successful design.
- Maintains a positive and professional demeanor always portraying the company in a positive light and effectively managing sensitive issues.
- Demonstrates excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently while using departmental resources, policies and procedures.
