Job Description The Customer Support Associate will work with customers through chat, email and phone.
You will answer questions, make changes to insurance policies, and counsel customers on their insurance needs.
You will ensure that customer needs are taken care of in the first interaction and that you exceed their expectations.
This is a remote position, so reliable internet and a quiet, distraction-free workspace are necessary.
You will report directly to the Customer Support Team Lead.
