In this role, you will analyze several information and work closely with the supervisor. Additional tasks and accountabilities include but are not limited to:- Monitor In House Bank accounts balances and work with local finance to cure or prevent credit limit breaches- Review and approve payments- Projects as assigned- TIP (Treasury Information Platform) banking database update.- Support any internal / external audit as needed.- Owns proper and timely resolution of customers´ inquiries: CFOs, Controllers, Accounting Department, Regional Treasury, Intercompany Department, etc.- Primary user access administrator for banking website Bi-annual coordination with all banks for all valid signatories and platform access. Confirmation with HR on a monthly basis of all the employees with current signatory or access to the banks platform. Proper follow up with the banks or country contact where necessary according to the information received from HR. Update and maintain the data base in the iShare.- Manage the process for opening and closure of bank accounts and update the IShare.- Bachelor´s degree in the field of study: Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, Trade & Commerce- Excel advanced knowledge- Advanced English Level (B2 or higher)**Qualifications**SAP and Crest would be a plus
