- RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE- Validate the trial runs executed by the local vendors and identify discrepancies.
- Resolves discrepancies with technical and/or business personnel, implements corrective measures, and retests as required.
- Responsible for the preparation and processing of on-cycle payrolls
- Responsible for the preparation and processing of off-cycle payrolls including severance packages
- Responsible for the reconciliation, balancing and transmission of all vendor and bank interfaces/reports of payroll related data
- Ensure timely and adequate payment to Primos and third parties (i.e. local authorities and vendors)
- Responding to all enquiries within service level agreements
- Point of contact for local payroll vendor(s)
- Complete SOX controls established to ensure the data integrity and accuracy
- Responsible for preparing/reviewing the journal entries related to payroll and serve as a point of contact for finance and accounting teams as needed.
- Responsible for process documentation and update for the processes owned.
Skills and Experience
- THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY- University degree in Business/Finance/Accounting/Human Resources or related discipline
- Language Skills: Fluent English,
- Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
- Preferred: HR or Accounting previous experience. / Understanding of LAC legislation (tax, social security, retirement, pension & other statutory/regulatory requirements).
