**About the role**:
**_ Tasks and Responsibilities_**
- _Support Finance and cross-functional teams in the R2R (Record to Report) functional areas._
- _Experience problem analysis and_resolution._
- _Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues._
- _Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date._
- _Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances._
- _Produce monthly and ad hoc reports._
- _Provides financial status information by preparing special _reports and_completing special projects._
- _Analyze and document._
- _Assist with month-end closing._
- _Provide supporting documentation for audits._
- _Maintain accurate historical records._
- _Maintain confidentiality of organizational information_
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- _Bachelor's degree or advanced studies in a related career._
- _1-3 years of experience in similar positions_
- _Knowledge of document reconciliations, accounts payable, and general accounting procedures._
- _Knowledge of SAP_
- _Intermediate English_
- _Desirable - Experience in Mexican Tax Administration Service (SAT)_
- _Desirable
- Experience in processing Digital Tax Receipts over the Internet (CFDI)_
