Junior Accountant

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements in compliance with official guidelines and requirements.
- Manage daily transactions and update accounting records in QuickBooks, including but not limited to, journal entries, payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP or IFRS in all financial reporting.
- Assist with audit preparations and other financial projects.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Provide support in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Help maintain internal financial controls and procedures.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to improve financial procedures and workflows.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field. (Technical account) (Studies in accounting)
- Knowledge of QuickBooks and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Basic understanding of IFRS, US GAAP and accounting practices.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Nice-to-Haves**
- Experience in a similar role or internships in accounting or finance.
- Working towards or interest in pursuing CPA certification.
