Looking for a highly motivated, energetic Sales Professional to join our small local and very successful Texas -based company to handle acquisition and sale of properties.
As an Inside Sales Agent, you will work closely with the top sales representatives in the real estate investment industry.
You will learn the exact sales process, systems and disciplined action it takes to become a top sales rep yourself.
You have to be a decisive, forward thinker who can manage your time and follow up with leads, as we will not micromanage you.
If you love to hunt, the thrill of the close, and have some measure of ability to follow our process, we are looking for you!
You do not need to have real estate sales experience or be licensed.
This position will involve speaking on the phone and training on how to meet with the seller at their homes.
We will provide marketing, leads and the systems and support.
**Responsibilities**:
- Discover a client's problem and provide a solution
- Make hundreds of calls a day and love talking to people on the phone
- Ensure all leads are followed up with and handled with care
- Update the company's online customer relationship management software
**Qualifications**:
- Must love talking to people on the phone
- Great self management and time management
- Must be willing to learn and desire to continuously improve the sales process
- Must be teachable and enjoy reading books, listen to podcasts, and seek to learn how to be more effective
