As a junior hybrid QA, you will be part of the quality assurance team, responsible for supporting software testing activities and ensuring the quality of our products. While having limited professional experience in the field of quality assurance, you should possess a foundational understanding of software testing concepts and techniques. You will work under the guidance and supervision of senior team members, who will provide support and mentorship as you grow in your role. A successful Junior QA Engineer will actively seek self-learning opportunities, be open to constructive feedback, and demonstrate a strong commitment to continuous self-improvement. Effective communication, collaboration, and respectful interaction with team members are crucial for success in this role.

- Experience in software testing and test automation
- Good knowledge of software QA methodologies, types, tools, processes, and best practices
- Experience using test management systems such as Jira, Azure DevOps
- Knowledge using at least one automated testing technology such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium
- Good understanding of coding languages such as Java, C#, Javascript,.net
- Familiarity with source code tools like Bitbucket, GitHub
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to effectively communicate with team members or clients
- Have a strong commitment to quality, attention to detail, and a desire to ensure software reliability is essential
- Adaptable to changes and have a desire to continuously improve their skills.
- ISTQB certification is a plus
