Jr Pr And Media Manager

An iGaming Digital Marketing Agency is looking for a Jr. Public Relations professional to assist the Public Relations Director in all aspects of outbound PR and media relations, including but not limited to:

- Media monitoring, research, and list management using best of breed media intelligence tools.
- Writing of press releases, media advisories, bylined articles, and other PR and press material in English.
- Assist with reporting, including media impact measurement and studies.
- Spot emerging news cycles, stories and trends.
- Assist with the planning and execution of PR campaigns.
**Requirements**:

- University studies in journalism, mass communications, public relations or a related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- C1 (advanced) or higher English, verbal and written.
- Social media savvy.
- Ability to set and meet deadlines.
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Work or intern experience in a news or media organization
- Knowledge of U.S. culture, sports, entertainment, and current events
- Working knowledge of desktop publishing software (InDesign, Publisher, etc.)
- NOT required but would be a bonus.
This position is on-site and full time, applicants must be legal to work in Costa Rica.
