Jr Payment Analyst

**Objective**

As a Jr Payments Analyst, you will be responsible for managing payment processes for LATAM operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and execute payment processes for Latin American transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Review payment requests, invoices, and supporting documentation to verify authenticity and completeness.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve payment-related inquiries and discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Monitor payment schedules and deadlines to ensure timely execution and adherence to established timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of payments and related transactions, including reconciliation of accounts and preparation of reports.
- Utilize Oracle systems to process payments, reconcile accounts, and generate financial reports as needed.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline payment processes and enhance efficiency within the finance department.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional development.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in payments processing or accounts payable roles, with a focus on Latin American markets.
- Proficiency in English: B1.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle systems, including proficiency in relevant modules such as Accounts Payable.
- Prior experience working in a Shared Service Center environment is highly desirable.
