Jr. Assistant Accountant (Temporary Until August

This is a temporary role to be hired as a third party employee.
This individual will not be a Citi's employee.
**Responsibilities**:

- Compiles weekly and monthly financial statements and reports.
- Prepares and analyzes balance sheets.
- Makes journal entries.
- Handles the month-end and year-end closing process.
- Manages accounts payable and receivables.
- Collaborates with other members of the finance team.
- Follows all company policies and procedures.
- Adheres to finance laws and regulations.
- Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
- Act as backup accounts payable
- Reconcile ledgers monthly and quarterly
- Month-end and year-end closing
- Assist in completing audits
- Generate reports of financial status information

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 months of working experience related to Accounting
- High School diploma or equivalent
- English level 80%
- Great attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
