YOUR OPPORTUNITY- Reporting to the Procurement to Payment Supervisor, the Jr. Analyst, BES, PTP, Payments will support the Finance organization in the Account Payable function including vendor reconciliation, processing payments to vendors, exceptional payments, as well as understanding all the Accounts Payable flow to give proper resolutions on time and complying with Bacardi policies and SOX controls.ABOUT YOU- We are looking for a leader capable to support different internal and external customers as well as drive efficient solutions to multiple teams.**Responsibilities**:- RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE- Handling tickets related to payments as well as provide follow up and high-quality resolution to assigned daily tickets.- Create payment proposals on time as well as reviewing all controls required before submission.- Resolved red items and failed and rejected payments on time and update metrics for the process.- Support BSR team by resolving outstanding balances and reconciliation discrepancies to define correct actions plansPerform seamlessly SOX controls and internal controls.- Maintain process documentation and metrics.- Support other teams and processes within AP if required.Skills and Experience- SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY- Previous experience in Purchase to Pay Operations with high knowledge in SAP (EDI, E-invoicing, SRM (Purchasing software), OCR, Direct debit experience is preferred).- Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.- Identify and support continuous improvement opportunities within the Accounts Payable flow.- Sense of urgency and proactiveness.- Works well in a team environment and is a self-starter who requires mínimal direction and support.- Knowledge of standard business practices and professionalism in a customer service environment.- PERSONAL QUALITIES - SHARE OUR FOUNDER'S PASSION AND ENTREPRENEURIAL FLAIR- Highly structured on the daily work.- Strong customer service skills- Excellent communications skills with different areas and customers.- Highly focused on commitments and problem-solving skills.- English 85% minimum required, French and Portuguese is a plus.Our cultureWe share the passion and entrepreneurial flair of our founder and are guided by our three culture pillars - Fearless, Family and Founders, they inspire our Primos to be the best they can be and drive us forward in all we do.
