**Your role at Baxter**
The Department JR Analyst is responsible for performing routine processing tasks for the Medical Products Division related to the Channel Operations (CHOPs) department.
This position is responsible for the daily processing for non commited Group Purchasing Organization ("GPO") connections, Distribution Acquisition Cost and Market Base connections when requested by Trading Partners, Customer Service related to Eligibility Mailbox and processing Header and Detail error activities such as Account lookUps, Cross References, Deny
- Processing Off Errors and Mass Maintenances on BAM.
This position works collaboratively with the Channel Operations Group from CR and US and as well with external wholesalers and distributors.

**What you'll be doing**
- Process and maintain multiple team mailboxes through Outlook.
- Properly and timely perform BAM Lookup Requests and Cross References.
- Execute ChOps Connections, Mass Maintenances and Deny/Process off error Lines.
- Provide outstanding Customer Service to all internal/external customers on Eligibility Mailbox.
- Keep an open communication (verbal and written) the Team Members as well with the leadership team.
- Support as backup for any other activity required in the team, based on previous training plans, by the Supervisor
- Creator and maintenance of SOP processes documentation and continuously provide updates based on research and experience and process changes.
- Liaison with Audit to provide support on internal and external audits requests and work preveniently on the SOX controls.
- Assists and Provides training to internal or external employees as needed.
- Keeps close monitor of the Metrics to ensure the KPIs are meet.
**Scope**
**Requirements**:
- 6-12 months of experience.
- Technical degree or active student in Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- English B1+
- Excel proficiency (Intermediate/Advanced)
- Ability to deal with customers
- Analytical ability
- Teamwork
- Good personal relationships
- Work under pressure
