**Responsibilities**:
**With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to**:
- Coordinating with the Customer service team, commercial finance, and collections team to make sure of the invoices and credit notes that must be cancelled and re-invoiced.
- Keep track of re-billing & Cancelation requests and approvals (Sox Controls, External & Internal Audit),
- Send the invoices and credit notes on time, of the customers who request the manual sending of these documents.
- Sending a biweekly report of invoices sent-uploaded
- Creation Manually credit notes and debit notes
- Re transition process of invoices & credit notes
- Documents correction VFX3
- Contact with the EDICOM team to resolve any issues that may arise in the invoice sending process (retransmissions, addendum errors (extemporaneous addendum), ticket opening)
- PDF and XML download (upon request)
- If is request, help the collection team with some tasks
Skills and Experience
**The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy**
- Minimum of one-year professional billing experience in progressively responsible roles.
Accounting is a plus
- Experience with the Mexican Market and SAT (Tax authority) regulations related to invoices
- Knowledge and experience with SAP (transactions: VA01, VF04, VA05, VF05N, FBL5N ), EDICOM (Ediwin) and Microsoft Office Basic Tools (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, One note, Teams )
- Proactively partners with internal and external customers to identify trends and resolve issues causing late payments
- Languages: Spanish, English (70% at least)
