**Job Description**:
- We're looking for a Jr AI/ML Scientist who loves to solve complex problems and has experience with Natural Language processing and Machine learning.
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor, fine tune and retrain AI models based on test results and accuracy metrics
- Develop pipelines to extract features from text data to build AI training and validation datasets
- Develop prompt templates, orchestration chains and agents using Large Language Models (LLMS)
- Develop deep learning model and algorithm to address various use cases based on business needs
- Work with cross functional team of Data Scientists, Engineers and Product Managers to develop AI enabled products and features
Qualifications:
Fundamental understanding of data structures, algorithms and statistical methods used by ML models-
- Knowledge on basics of math and probability-
- Good understanding and strong knowledge in algorithms and statisticsMinimum Education-
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience in mathematics, statistics, machine learning, natural language processing, computer scienceMinimum Experience-
- Exposure to AI/ML methods and libraries such as Langchain, TensorFlow or PyTorch-
- Exposure to text mining, Natural Language Processing and Understanding-
- Exposure to LLMsAdditional Requirements-
- Ability to interact with internal/external clients/customers in a professional manner-
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in conjunction with team members and product groups-
