2+ years customer assistance experience, B2B industry preferred.

As a Jr. Account Representative, you will have the responsibility to work with a team of Customer Advisors acquiring new AB customers with annual revenues starting at 25MM.
This role will work closely with internal partner teams to develop and implement go to market (GTM) strategies in the SMB, Mid-Market and Small Enterprise verticals.

Jr. Account Representatives job begins at the start of the sales cycle by identifying key contacts (C-Suite) within an organization and targeting them with an effective messaging to drive impactful starting conversations.
By having Jr. Account Representatives prospecting unengaged/greenfield accounts, Customer Advisors can focus on driving new users and Highly Value Activities (HVAs) opportunities across their territories.
- 1+ years of demand generation experience and/or in equivalent roles
- B2B experience strongly preferred.
- Experience through outbound outreach for both verbal and written channels
- BA/BS Business Administration, Marketing or related field studies.
- Experience pioneering new initiatives with stakeholders and external customers
