**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Oversee outside IT Consultants under contract with ATL.
- Support and maintain documentation for ATLs network infrastructure, network security, hosting security, internal and cloud file permissions, backup & Disaster Recovery plans.
- Administration of site telecommunication system and supporting data & phone lines
- Administration of wired & wireless network infrastructure including configuration & maintenance of switches, Access Points, VPN, and respective security systems including firewalls, antivirus, etc.
- Administration of site security system including badging, cameras and alarms.
- Administration of all PCs, laptops, monitors (IT Asset Management) for Americas Sites & advanced support for Global sites (if needed).
- Administration of all ATL furnished cellphones & WIFI Hotspots and all peripherals such as: Printers, Scanners, Handhelds, Projectors, etc.
- Evaluate and/or recommend purchases of computers, network hardware, peripheral equipment and software when needed.
- Administer Active Directory and Office 365, including, but not limited to:
- Creation/Disabling of user accounts.
- Assigning standard and specific licenses
- Creation & Maintenance of SharePoint sites
- Support & Restoration of E-Mails
- Creation & Maintenance of security groups
- Routine maintenance
- Support onboarding & termination of new employee's
- Training employees on IT related topics
- Deployment/Retrieval of PC and other IT assets
- Creation/Disabling AD and Office 365 account
- Assignments/Lockout to appropriate security groups, network & business systems
- Hardware administration and support of ATL business systems such as:
- EPDM (on premise)
- QuickBase (cloud)
- Workfront (cloud)
- Infor (cloud)
- Any other we deploy (HRIS, PLM, MES, etc).
- Monitor and Maintain software license and annual maintenance agreements for ATL software solutions.
- Identify utilization patterns and their effect of operation/system availability and performance expectations.
- Anticipate communication and networking problems and implement preventative measures.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding the information being processed, stored or accessed by the network or other business systems.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
**Education & Experience Requirements**:
- A Bachelor's degree in computer Science or related field (or combination of studies and work experience).
- 5+ years of experience in IT environment
- Certifications preferred: MSCA or MSCE and/or CCNA or CCNP
- Firm knowledge of Office 365 Management
- Knowledge of networking, wireless and telecommunications
- Demonstrated ability to determine relevance and prioritize tasks
- Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills (English fluency is a plus)
- Ability to build productive working relationships with other team members
- Ability to assess internal customer needs for IT products and design services to meet those needs
- Possess trustworthiness and ability to handle confidential and sensitive data
- Ability to work a varied schedule that may include nights, weekends and holidays as needed
- Possesses strong planning/project management skills
- A working knowledge of Payroll / ERP Systems is preferred
- A working knowledge of Document Control systems is preferred (for example EPDM).
