We are looking for IT Support Team Leader who is responsible for IT in Coloplast - across all sites and functions.
Global IT Professionals work out 12 countries with Denmark and Poland being the largest IT hubs.
In Global IT, we take care of everything from supporting phones and computers to engaging into large business development projects for all parts of the Coloplast organization.
We support Coloplast Business in making the best strategic technology decisions.
Global Support is a part of Global IT and operates out of our subsidiaries in Costa Rica, Poland and Denmark.
We work as One IT - no matter where we are located, we seek to contribute with the right competences at the right time.
Costa Rica IT Hub

Throughout the years we have established 2 IT Hubs in Coloplast -first one in Head Quarters in Denmark and second one in our Business Centre in Poland.
To support continuously growing Coloplast Business, we are now starting up the third IT Hub out of Coloplast Costa Rica Volume Manufacturing site.
We are starting up a team in Costa Rica lead by an IT Support Team Leader, consisting of IT Supporters and Specialists within IT Operations.
About the Global IT Support Team

You will lead a team of IT Supporters located in Costa Rica, who act as technical IT support handling all kind of computer, mobile devices and IT system issues for Coloplast users globally.

We search for a technical skilled Team Leader, who is experienced and passionate about people leadership and same time continuously develops own IT skills and competencies.
**Responsibilities**:
**People management of Costa Rica IT hub employees (initially**: 3 IT Supporters and 4 IT Operations Specialists)
Technical and operational management of IT Supporters
Constant focus on IT Support team's and individual's development as well as performance
Responsibility for the IT Support technologies and processes
Securing business continuity in the Team
Continuous transitioning and optimizing of global and local IT processes
Making sure that the CR IT Hub works in alignment with the global IT processes, policies and guidelines
Ensuring the Costa Rica IT Support Team delivers on KPI's and SLA's
Participation in various tasks, projects, internal and external audits
Taking part in operational work within the team whenever required, by:
Providing internal IT support in English to our employees globally
Ensuring all incidents, requests and events are logged and handled accurately within the ticket system

**Requirements**:
Strong people management skills and experience
Solid technical knowledge and experience within the following technologies and areas is preferred: computer hardware, software and IT equipment
LAN/WAN/WLAN
Microsoft Windows Server platforms
Active Directory

Ability to lead and set direction for a group of employees
Highly developed interpersonal skills
Strong problem solving, conflict resolution, and customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluent spoken and written English
Ability to operate in high pressure situations and successfully handle multiple priorities
Ambitious, proactive and having "the drive"
Willingness to start shifts at 6:00 in the morning to join team meetings and trainings with Colleagues in Europe
