**Job Description**:
Here, you will make an impact by:
- Developing software solutions by understanding information needs of the Medical Solutions Division business.
- Advocating and enhancing the Agile software development lifecycle.
- Determining operational feasibility of solution designs by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
- Developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.
- Determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
- Conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures.
- Studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment, and by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
- Collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues.
- Accomplishes engineering and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- May manage small team of software engineers by providing advice, coaching, mentoring, and assisting to resolve complex technical or design issues.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Business or related field (completed and verified prior to start).
- Understand various SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall etc)
- Advance English level
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- _ Lean/Six Sigma Green belt (or other process improvement disciplines)._
- _ Stron_g communication, facilitation and presentation skills across technical and senior operational management audiences._
- _ Strong experience in integration components such as web services, frameworks etc._
- _ Knowledge of microservices development and deployment lifecycle, networking and distributed architecture, security compliance, scalability configurations_
- _ Experience using J2EE, XML, Java, JSP etc._
- _ Knowledge of web technologies such as Javascript, CSS, HTML5 etc._
- _ Familiar with various IT and PM tools - JIRA, RTC etc._
- _ Healthcare Order to Cash experience (preferred)_
- _ Agile methodologies_
- _ ITIL certified (preferred)_
- _ Proficiency in one or more of the following areas:_
- _ UI/UX Design and Development._
- _ EAI / API integration using tools like Mulesoft and Oracle Fusion Middleware._
- _ Oracle EBS, PL/SQL, Data Analysis,.NET, Content Management Systems and Engineering._
- _ Cloud (AWS/Azure), SaaS / PaaS Support and Engineering, CI/CD._
