**Job Description**:
**Major Duties and Responsibilities**
- Execute Regular IS Basic Tasks to keep the systems up & running
- Ensure adherence to Company policies and procedures
- Train branch management on system architecture, data management, retention and reporting, and other available IT tools to improve processes, productivity and customer service
- Basic Branch Technical Support such PC, LAN, Expeditors Software and systems administration & troubleshooting, in addition to global, regional and branch project implementation
- On call for after-hours IS issues
- Asset Management such as purchasing, shipping, tracking and maintenance
- Prepare and execute the annual tactical business plan for IS department
- Provide technical assistance to clients
**Qualifications**:
**REQUIRED**
- 1 year experience of Technical Support.
- English - Spanish Language (Oral and writing 90 % or higher), (B2+ or above).
- Bachelor degree or advanced University student in Computer Science, Systems engineering or any other technical related career.
- Effective communicator (verbal and written; follow-ups).
- Exceptional customer service potential

**TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS**
**REQUIRED**
- Advanced PC hardware knowledge (A+ preferred).
- Advanced Windows client knowledge (Windows 7-10).
- Basic PC imaging and deployments (PXE or Windows).
- Basic networking (LAN/WAN, switch, router, RJ45, wireless).
- Advanced Windows Server knowledge (install, configure, Active Directory, DNS, IIS, Exchange, Skype, SCCM), Data Base knowledge is a plus.
- Knowledge in remote administration tools (RDP/terminal services, VNC, telnet/SSH).
- Mobile device proficiency (iOS and Android).
**EXEMPLARY**
- Server backup administration.
- Experience with ERP software administration (Exactus/Softland is a plus).
- Intermediate PC imaging and deployments (lite-touch deployments, SSCM / MDT, PXE booting).
- Intermediate virtualization (VWware, Hyper-V, Virtual Box).
- Advanced troubleshooting tools (SysInternals, chkdsk, Wireshark, MemTest).
- Basic cybersecurity (anti-virus, disk encryption, data scrubbing, social engineering).
- Linux operating system knowledge.
- Printer/copier setup and troubleshooting.
- Intermediate networking (VPN, TCP/IP, OSI model, routing protocols, fiber, WAN circuits, RF warehouse networking).
- PowerShell or other scripting experience.
- Basic server room infrastructure (wiring, racks, patch panels, UPS).
- Phone system (PBX) (configuration and maintenance).
- Audio visual equipment troubleshooting (projectors, TVs, slide advancers, microphones).
- Disaster recovery and high availability (DR/HA) experience.
