Job description:
The IT Service Delivery Technical Analyst for Manufacturing SAP will support platform management activities serving as a partnered liaison between the business, IT Basis, IT Security and IT Functional Teams. This role is responsible for building strong, collaborative relationships across our IT and business teams.
**What you will do**:
**Operations**
- Ensure excellence in process execution across all operational processes (e.g., incident, problem, change, configuration, etc.) related to the service.
- Leads continuous improvement initiatives to mature operations and increase visibility into service performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with IT and business teams
- Partner with business and technical teams to drive consensus on the best solution to business demand and the delivery of solutions.
- Define tangible use cases that align desired technology output to commercial objectives
- Recommend business process and system changes to improve efficiency and business outcomes
- Ensure clear communication between business stakeholders and IT technical teams
**What you need**:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Bachelor's degree in the areas of Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, preferred.
- ITIL certification preferred
- At least 10 years of experience in the field of IT and Manufacturing.
- Experience in at least one of the following functional areas: Finance, Quality Management, Manufacturing, Procure To Pay
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of PC skills working with large datasets (Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, word).
