It Project Manager

In this role you will be responsible for planning, organizing, executing, and managing technical projects within budget.
The IT Project Manager must be aware of client needs, company goals and employee coordination to bring a project to completion.
**Main Responsibilities**:

- Coordination of the implementation of a Global Human Resources solution for 15 countries in Central and South America, including the development of interfaces by external providers
- Definition and control of the project schedule
- Identification of risks and mitigation plans
- Project related documentation
- Coordinate with local, area, regional, global project stakeholders and external consultants
- Follow-up calls and progress reports

**Requirements**:

- Graduated from Systems Engineering or similar career
- At least 10 years of proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably proven experience in the IT industry
- Fluent written and spoken English (B2+)
