The IT Project Intmd Analyst is a developing professional role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the subfunction/ job family. Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information. Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact. Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results. Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses' core activities. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.

Also is responsible for liaising between Finance and O&T users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning.

**Responsibilities**:
- Requirement Analysis: Understand Business Needs and translate them in to detailed Business and Functional requirements.
- Analyze business client needs and acts as a consulted to document requirements and new technology
- Formulate and define systems scope and project objectives through research activities and provide guidance.
- Bridge Gap between Business and Technical teams - Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and Design and development teams for all project requirements.
- Facilitate and support design and development activities
- Plan, conduct and manage SIT Testing and facilitate / coordinate UAT testing
- Experienced on negotiation skills, work in close coordination with PMO team for Project Plan, Overall Project Management and Technical Leads in a good working environment atmosphere.
- Should comply with the different stages of the Software Lifecycle (SDLC) by completing the required documentation in compliance with Citi standards and procedures established for this purpose.
- Analyze business client needs and acts as a consulted to document requirements and new technology
- Coordinate/Support UAT testing. Solid knowledge on the SDLC that every project must comply.
- Define and analyze enhancements and assist in redesigning business processes and process automation
- Prepare reports, metrics and presentations and exchange ideas/information in a concise and logical manner between business units and IT
- Test systems to ensure projects meet requirements and identify system problems to develop solutions based on analyses

**Qualifications**:

- 5 years of Technology Finance experience.
- Good understanding/experience of the technology platforms in these domains:

- Data Warehousing / Architecture / Data Management
- Management Information Systems / Performance Measurement
- General Ledger and Accounting concepts
- Regulatory processes
- Desired Technical Knowledge
- MS SQL Data Bases (SQL, Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages and others)
- Technical knowledge to design SQL queries.
- Experience in data analysis with intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (PowerBi & Excel, excel macro programming)
- Independently manage senior business client relationships; Relationship management skills with ability to deepen relationships and build partnerships across technology teams, operation and business located in different places, different cultures and languages.
- Proven ability to work independently, Proactivity and in a team with understanding of how collaboration accomplishes objectives
- Ownership of assigned topics
- Experience with all phases of the SDLC. knowledge of both Agile and waterfall methodology.
- Teamwork
- Bachelor's degree/University degree desirable
- Business Analyst or Project Management Certification
- knowledge of both Agile and waterfall methodology
- Intermediate /Advanced English

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of Basic Cosmos Product Processor
