We are looking for an experienced ERP IT Program Manager who applies technical background/specialized technology domain knowledge to manage complex projects and/or programs that are directly tied to the development, implementation, or upgrade of technology solutions/services.
Main responsibilities:
- Applies technical background/specialized technology domain knowledge to manage complex projects and/or programs that are directly tied to the development, implementation, or upgrade of technology solutions/services.
- Collaborates across organizations to develop detailed plan(s) and manages all implementation processes including change control process, testing, documentation, training, while ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, resource allocation, and scope.
- Outlines proposals for assigned projects and/or programs including business objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.
- Develops a comprehensive schedule(s) while monitoring future work to proactively adjust for unforeseen scheduling challenges.
- Reviews the project/program schedule with all relevant stakeholders to make updates as and when required.
- Assesses subproject dependencies and program constructs by leveraging multiple methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) and develops project/program indicators to manage program health including schedule, quality, and timelines.
- Communicates anomalies clearly by concisely stating the problem and specific impact to the project. Identifies tasks, assesses costs, identifies, and assigns specific resources, and communicates expectations to team members.
- Reviews user and technical requirements for completeness and clarity.
- Conducts project/program close out assessment and creates a recommendations report documenting the successful and unsuccessful project/program elements.
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to lead a complex, cross-organization program to success.

- able to ensure all stakeholders are engaged and aware of both progress and help needed for program deliverables.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence decision-making.
- Experience deploying software programs ability to leverage latest best practices and methodologies.
**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Program Management, Computer Science or related field
- 9+ years of experience with Technical Program Management and Software Development/Management practices
- 5+ years of Leadership experience managing cross-IT/BU and engagement via forums, steering committees, communications, while driving accountability to action
- 5+ years of organizational financial and operations leadership experience
- 5+ experience leading programs in Supply Chain domains
**Preferred qualifications**
- Familiarity with the SAP ERP systems such as ECC or S/4 HANA.
- PMP certification

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
