Intel's IT HR and Digital Employee Experience HR DEX is looking for a talented and capable Scrum Product Owner to work for the IT Worker Apps, Platforms, and Integration's delivery team.
The Scrum Product Owner is responsible for maximizing the value of the product resulting from the work of the Agile Persistent Team. This product oriented individual will lead the scrum team and demonstrate ownership of the products and portfolio.
In coordination with the Product Manager, as a Scrum Product Owner your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Create and clearly communicate the vision of the product through extensive knowledge of the system or product, business needs, users, market, competitors, and future trends of a particular domain is developed
- Clearly expressing Product Backlog items
- Prioritization of backlog items to best achieve team goals and missions
- Calculating, measuring, and tracking business value
- Optimizing the value of the work delivered by the Agile Persistent Team
- Ensuring that the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all, and shows the next prioritized deliverables
- Ensuring the Delivery Team understands items in the Product Backlog to the level needed
- Responsible for engaging with key stakeholders and partners within and outside the organization, the Delivery Team, and Scrum Master to build an exceptional product
- Effectively captures stakeholder assumptions and translates them into hypothesis driven outcomes
- Being knowledgeable of Agile and Scrum practices: creates and prioritizes features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and the product backlog for each sprint
- Actively engages with the Delivery Team to collaborate, negotiate, and commit to product requirements
- Responsible for issue resolution, ensuring business needs are comprehended, and ensuring partner satisfaction
- Empower the Delivery Team to determine the workload for each sprint
- Provide clear direction and flexibility when priorities change based on user needs and requirements
- Participate in all Scrum ceremonies including backlog grooming, release and sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Measure the value and usage of products in the portfolio on an ongoing basis
- Teamwork: Ability to develop high performing cross functional teams. Needs to work well with others and demonstrate strong team player behavior
- Analytical Skills: Ability to think critically, collect and analyze data, make difficult decisions, recognize the needs of customers, and solve complex problems

- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership and influence across functional project teams, remote and distributed teams
**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field of study; and/or equivalent of 3+ years of relevant experience in the following:
Experience as a Systems Analyst, Product Owner, Program Management, or Technical Project Management of large-scale cross-service projects
Advanced English level
**Preferred Qualifications**:
Product Owner Certification
3+ years working with the following:
Agile/DevOps/SAFe/SCRUM
Agile teams following practices such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, release planning, etc.
Working with vendors to drive alignment with Intel's needs and priorities.
Working with software development teams in a formal technical leadership capacity
Experience in the delivery of complex projects in a multi-site environment
Experience in using Key Performance Indicators to report and improve performance
