We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team at Outcoding. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation and availability of our IT services, contributing directly to our mission of delivering high-quality software solutions. You will be part of a vibrant team working on maintaining and improving IT processes, providing training, managing communications, and participating in an on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 service availability.

**What you'll need to be successful**:

- Experience with AS400 operations jobs and JDE Robot Jobs
- Ability to work night shifts and participate in an on-call rotation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in IT operations tools and software
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

**This will be considered a plus**:

- Prior experience in IT operations or a related role
