Responsible for providing first level service and support (analyze, design, develop, test, deliver, and maintain) for IT infrastructure solutions and/or shared services enterprise systems.**Key Responsibilities**:- Provide support and troubleshooting of issues/incidents- Serve as the technical lead in administration and operations of systems- Participate in maintenance and upgrade activities on IT Infrastructure and/or Enterprise Applications- Work with vendors to evaluate and recommend new product and/or service offerings, and serve as a technical lead on implementation.- Assist with RASP initiatives (reliability, availability, scalability and performance).- Serve as the technical lead in basic design and build of systems- other incidental duties: Author or maintain device, network and/or systems documentation**Education and Experience**:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field with no previous experience Required orOther: in Related professional certifications (e.g., MCSA, CCNA, or VCA, depending on the technology stack), 2 years experience Previous related experience in one of the following three areas, as appropriate to the position: IT Infrastructure Network, IT Infrastructure System, or Enterprise Applications.
