**Technical skills & Experience**:

- 2+ years' experience providing onsite technical support for.
- Hardware: PC, Laptop, Printer, Fax, Scanner, Tablet & Mobile devices.
- Software: O365, MS Office 2010/2013, Outlook 2010/2013, Adobe, IE, MS
- Tools: Active Directory, Exchange, Call Management software.
- Networking: TCP/IP, Hands & Eyes Support.
- Building, configuring and troubleshooting all desktop & mobile devices.
- Previous experience with SLAs and ITIL Best Practice & Process.
- CompTIA A+ Certification or equivalent
