Job SummaryJob's purpose and primary focusEssential ResponsibilitiesPrimary job duties this position is responsible for achieving are listed in order of importance.ServiceNow development and Automated Test Framework (ATF) - must be able to develop in the ServiceNow Platform ATF- Develop scripts in JavaScript and familiarity with ServiceNow APIs, for all Integration development work in Nuvolo.- Ability to Develop in CMDB implementation, data transformation, and normalization.- Expertise in Asset Management, including lifecycle tracking and compliance reporting.- Ability to work with advanced ServiceNow features such as Flow Designer and Integration Hub.- Experience in debugging, troubleshooting and performance optimization.- Strict adherence to ServiceNow best practices.- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest ServiceNow features and modules.- Familiarity with Nuvolo would be an advantage.- Have impeccable verbal and written communication skills- Be a team player and will interact with multiple levels of personnel within the organization- Have strong problem-solving skills and be able to come up with creative and flexible solutions**Essential Functions**:- Be available to resolve critical system incidents- Plan in detail and adhere to KP change management policy to deploy new code, using Kaiser Permanente's Change Management processes**Requisitos**:Job Qualifications**Note**: GCC Recruiters will recruit based off minimum and b asic qualifications.Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or technical program in a computer science or related field AND a minimum of (3) years of experience in Software Development.- In lieu of Bachelor's degree, equivalent experience of 3 years will be considered, in addition to the listed minimum years of experience (6 years total).Basic Qualifications- 2 years Experience in Automated Test Framework (ATF) (ServiceNow development - highly preferred)- At lease one year Integration work - API's and restful web services- Knowledge with security, operations, availability, scalability, single sign-on (MFA, SAML).- Minimum of 2 years experience in Java Script.Net 4.5, C# 5.0, ASP.NET, WCF 4, Web API- Knowledge of current industry best patterns and practices- Technical program training in a computer science or related field- 2 years Experience in ServiceNow development and Automated Test Framework (ATF)- 2 years Experience in JavaScript and familiarity with APIs.- 2 years Experience in CMDB implementation, data transformation, and normalization.- Knowledge with security, operations, availability, scalability, single sign-on (Webgate/SAML).- Experience in Java Script- Knowledge of current industry best patterns and practices- Enterprise level cloud hosted platforms (SaaS).
