Join the End User Computing (EUC) Operations organization in the IT Enterprise Operations Group (EOG) as an EUC Student Worker resource.
We support the Enterprise Operations Group mission and strategic priorities through the evolution, delivery and support of EUC solutions for Personal Computing (PC), Small Form Factor (SFF) devices and imaging (printing) for the Costa Rica/LAR sites in the AMR region.
EUC Student Worker assignments in LAR are distributed among the student resources based on skills, experience, interest, and workload capacity. Core assignments and responsibilities relate to supporting the EUC LAR Site Supervisor in (but not limited to) the following:
- IT Service Center: Assist with oversight of LAR PC service center activities, local communication coordination, operations supply requests and purchase orders, site escalation coordination.
- Peripheral / Direct Order Process Support: Help coordinate final delivery of direct-order peripherals with Intel workers; support service inquiries and escalations.
- Be the regional, local-language point of contact for:
- LAR Imaging: Support regional imaging needs, work with local suppliers, support new/change service requests, quarterly PO creation, support service inquiries and escalations.
- LAR (SFF): Support regional SFF needs, manage local service providers across the LAR region, support new/change service requests, monthly billings, reporting, service inquiries and escalations.
- Support on-demand operations activity requests by the LAR site supervisor, eg, process and documentation improvements, audit and asset management support.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum qualifications
Active student of Bachelor's degree in business or technical program
Intermediate to Advanced English level
Unrestricted permanent right to work in Costa Rica
Preferred qualifications
Experience in IT service center operations, or end user computing operations
Experience with basic data analysis

**Working Model**:
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. **In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.**
