We are looking for an experienced Web Hosting Specialist to join our Customer Success Team!
We are a strong team of web hosting industry professionals who will motivate you to learn and be curious.
The position will provide numerous Rubik's cube-worthy technical problems and the satisfaction of helping clients scale in the online environment.

**What you will do**:

- Provide a red carpet Customer service experience to our Customers;
- Focus on the Customer's success by offering additional services, tools, and products;
- Dive deep into the world of IT by continuous polishing of your technical background;
- Deliver impactful work on a company scale.
**What we expect**:

- Clear written English communication (C1 or Native);
- Minimum 1 year of troubleshooting experience in the IT field;
- Strong interpersonal skills such as proactiveness and empathy;
- Ability to work 40 hours per week (5 days a week) in rotating shifts (including nights, and weekends);
- Ability to boost the internet speed up to 50 Mbps;
- A computer with the following parameters: processor - Intel i5 or higher, AMD Ryzen 5 or higher, RAM: 8 GB or higher.
