Do you want to be a part of an exciting new capability in Intel IT? We are implementing an IT Financial Management solution (aka TBM) to drive responsible consumption of IT solutions and enable IT to act as a trusted advisor to Intel's Business Units. In this role you will partner with IT leaders to develop and deliver analysis and drive optimization of IT investments, working to identify and address business issues and opportunities.
You will become an expert in leveraging and maintaining an ITFM/TBM platform to correlate a multitude of data sources (finance, service catalog, asset management, etc.) and identify, interpret and produce recommendations and quarterly reports of consumed IT services.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to help manage and improve organizational cost transparency and IT planning.
- Deliver timely, accurate management, analysis, reporting, and communication of Information Technology business results to inform decision-making and support IT Segment and Service goals.
- Utilize your knowledge of Financial Management, IT Service Management, and Technology Business Management principles to drive effective solutions. Develop and implement ITFM/TBM governance processes and procedures
- Collaborate with Finance, BizOps, IT Management, and business stakeholders to conduct assessments of current IT investments and provide recommendations for cost optimization
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to ITFM/TBM
- Drives the development and execution of business processes-related solutions.
- Attention to detail, exceptional analytics skills, and willingness to go depth in understanding IT processes and tools
- Ability to parse and prepare data for analysis and create effective data visualizations.
- Willingness to work in a diverse and dynamic team with interpersonal, people, and stakeholder management skills to collaborate on the best solutions and strategize actions to solve problems and be a positive influence on the team.
**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:
University Bachelor´s degree or technical degree
3+ years of experience in Information Technology systems, processes, business and data systems, ability to analyze data and synthesize findings.
Advanced English level
**Preferred Qualifications**:
Familiarity with TBM/ITFM frameworks and tools (e.g. Apptio, Nicus, etc.)
Proficiency in cost management allocation concepts, specifically IT allocation methodologies and their alternatives.
Knowledge of Finance systems and concepts highly desired
High levels of successful executive collaboration with both business and technical partners across enterprise functions

**Working Model**:
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. **In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.**
