It Business Analyst

**_MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE_**Primary liaison between the IT and business areas. Provides direct support to assigned business area. Works directly with clients and applies IT, business knowledge and experience to develop and understand the business case and business requirements to solve for technology related business problems. Leads department level initiatives or Project manage larger scope initiative. Provides assistance to Program or Project managers on phases of a larger project. May assist in business relationship management, business strategy, planning and portfolio/demand management.**_ MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES_**- Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.- Applies and executes standard information systems theories, concepts and techniques and assists in the development of standards and procedures.- Conducts training with peers and business partners.- Comprehensive understanding of MES system setup, configuration, interface, and system abilities- Manages initiatives according to milestones and within budget constraints.- Identifies and implements process improvements.**_ QUALIFICATIONS_**- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology- _ 4+ years_ of experience- Experience with MES software and interfaces- IT support in a manufacturing environment- IT systems Business Analyst experience Advanced computer knowledge- _ Advance Commands of English_- 4+ Year Experience with ERP software and Interfaces- Advanced IT Systems Configuration knowledge- Super user of MES software in a shop floor environment
