**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
- Set up and troubleshoot network connectivity, including routers, switches, and access points.
- Perform routine system updates, backups, and patch management.
- Conduct hardware and software inventory management.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement and maintain security protocols and measures.
- Assist in user account management, password resets, and access permissions.
- Document and update IT procedures and troubleshooting guides.
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives as directed by the team lead.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux).
- Knowledge of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
- Customer-service oriented mindset.
- English level C1

Preferred Qualifications (not required but a plus):

- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, etc.).
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems.
- Exposure to virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Basic scripting or programming knowledge.
