This position is created to supervise and manage agents for the process of vendor invoices in a timely and effective manner to pay the vendors.
Pursuing continuous improvement of the processes to satisfy our external and internal customers.
Assist the management to accomplish better practices in terms of processes, costs, and staff.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Read, analyze and enter data of all vendor documents into HWL systemsReview invoices for payment by comparing estimated costs in the operational systems versus the actual amount on the invoicesForward invoices with missing or wrong reference number to the Accounts Payable team for follow-up with vendorForward invoices with discrepancies, between estimated costs and actual amount for branches offices to approve or disputesMeet quality goals and metrics defined by the management teamFollow processes defined by the management teamFollow up JIRA dashboardsFollow up Invoicing daily duties and goalsSupervise HBSCR policy compliance (vacations approval, ADP requests, dress code, among others)Update SOPs, Manuals, Flowcharts and DWI for the Invoicing processAdditional tasks as assigned by the SupervisorSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis position does not supervise any direct reports.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Bachelor's degree (B.A.)
