This position is created to read, analyze, and enter all documents send by vendors timely and accurately.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Read, analyze and enter data of all vendor documents into HWL systemsReview invoices for payment by comparing estimated costs in the operational systems versus the actual amount on the invoicesForward invoices with missing or wrong reference number to the Accounts Payable team for follow-up with vendorForward invoices with discrepancies, between estimated costs and actual amount for branches offices to approve or disputesMeet quality goals and metrics defined by the management teamFollow processes defined by the management teamAdditional tasks as assigned by the SupervisorSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis position does not supervise any direct reports.
