Invoice Reco Analyst

Job Description Areas of focus will be managing the billing process for clients' TV and Radio media campaigns.  Responsibilities will include: Managing, tracking TV/RD authorized budgets Collaborating with vendors in securing timely receipt of media company invoices Reconciling vendor invoices based on approved budgets within our media system (Media Ocean) Identifying and requesting revised invoices from vendors where discrepancies exist (in conjunction with Investment team) Ensuring invoices are compliant with billing instructions Qualifications Skills best suited for this position include: General comfort with accounting and bill/pay procedures Ability to use web-based applications for tracking and reporting Ability to work collaboratively across all client groups and management levels Detail orientation Proficient in Excel Additional Information Employee engagement activities and events Work from Home Access to Prepaid Medical Plan provided by PGD Technical trainings, soft skills development, technical certifications, access to online libraries and e-learning platforms Find your path Program You will have a coach that will support and help you grow Level up Program
