**Invisalign Clinical Assistant **should provide support to the doctors during the dental appointments of the patients at the Dental Clinic. Responsible for improving the efficiency and organization of the Dental Clinic and provide assistance in any task needed at the Dental Clinic. Identify needs for the Dental Clinic. Communicate issues at the Clinic to the Supervisor. This role will be part of Align Technology goal to deliver the next generation of clear aligners (Invisalign®) to our customers. **In this role, you will**
- Enter and update patients and doctor's information in the system.
- Schedule appointments.
- Do Dental Clinic organization (aligners, set up trays for dental procedures, sterilization and disinfection, enter information in the system, customer service, computing, organizing office records, maintains files and inventories of supplies and equipment, taking pictures, uploading pictures edit them and placing them in templates).
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve dental clinics and company goals and values.
- Perform Ad hoc clinical duties as assigned according to the level.
**In this role, you'll need **
**Typically**:
- High School diploma.
- Technical degree in dental Assistant
- 0-2 years of related experience.
- Proficiency in English (B1+ or more).
- Microsoft Office knowledge.
- MPD knowledge.
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 1:00pm-10:00pm
