About the position
We're looking for an Investor Relations to be responsible for developing new relationships with investors and funds, while also strengthening existing relationships in the Real Estate industry.
she/he should have between 1-3 years of experience with sales, transactions and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect for buyer leads, convert leads to contracts, and closed transactions.
- Provide high-level advice to investors/funds real estate needs.
- Responsible for identifying, contacting, and obtaining appointments with buyers as well as maintaining consistent lead
- follow-up until the deal closes.
- Evaluate feedback and reevaluate pricing as needed
- Effectively negotiate with sellers and buyers
- Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact through contract to
- close.
**Requirements**:
- 1-3+ years of real estate industry and sales experience
- Experience developing and maintaining relationships with investors and funds.
- Experience negotiating and closing deals.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, business, marketing, or a related field may be required.
- Additional certifications or courses in investor relations, sales, or real estate may be preferred.
- Knowledge and proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage investor/fund relationships and sales leads.

- Tech savvy and proficient in Gsuite apps
