As the Investment Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company through effective program management, financial acumen, and cross-functional collaboration.**The impact you will have**:Strategic Program Leadership:- Develop and execute the strategy and roadmap for the Investment Program.- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.Financial Management:- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for the program.- Ensure effective allocation of investments to maximize return on investment.- Regular reporting on consumption ROI delivered as part of effective use of investment $Stakeholder Engagement:- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including executives, to understand business needs and align program objectives.- Active engagement with stakeholders and business leaders to ensure compliance, status, and program execution- Solve for program blockers and bottlenecks. Communicate program status, risks, and opportunities to leadership and drive a plan of action to resolve.Risk Management:- Identify and mitigate program risks, ensuring investments approvals within budget- Implement best practices for risk management and issue resolution.**What we look for**:- Bachelor's degree required.
