If you can Think Big (make sure to check out the Amazon Blog reading about the Think Big and other Leadership Principles) and want to join a fast moving team, we would like to speak with you!Job responsibilities:•Investigate suspicious buyer activity and behavior that could pose a risk to Amazon, our buyers, or merchants.•Communicate via email and telephone with buyers; plus other external and internal customers to make informed decisions about risk.•Maintain Amazon's site quality by enforcing Amazon's Policy Guidelines.•Be aware of and identify new fraud patterns and trends. Take appropriate action to identify and minimize the risk posed by such trends.•Participate in other special projects/assignments as necessary.•Work with all areas of the business to resolve issues affecting financial, legal and reputational risk.•Achieve weekly productivity and quality standards for investigations.•Participate in other special projects/assignments as necessary.•Be prepared to be flexible with working hours and work Saturdays and/or Sundays.We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:San Jose, CRIBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 1+ years of customer service experience- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays- Experience in payments or e-commerce- Experience and/or knowledge of fraud, risk management, data research, collections or bankingPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- University Diploma
