**About the Internship**:
**START GFT Internship Program** is for students and recently graduates. Offers the opportunity to gain direct _hands on_ experience with GFT, working with our client's real projects. We are looking for university students who possess the ability to be future leaders in IT. Our students engagement is a paid, during the 4 to 6 months assignment.
**A day as a Starter**:
- You will analyzed, create and solved problems.
- Be participating in a decision making and develop strategic thinking abilities.
- Be a part of our culture of Integrity, Adaptability, Initiative and Teamwork.
- Expected to manage written and oral communication skills, at both languages English and Spanish.
- Learn solid planning and organizational skills.
**How to join the START Program**
- Be enrolled in an undergraduate, graduate program or have graduated within the past year.
- Graduated or about to from areas of Systems Engineering, Programming or Software Development.
- Be proficient in English and Spanish.
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Be proficient in English and Spanish
