International Recruiter Job Description
**Position Summary**:
The International Recruiter Officer represents the university globally, aiming to attract and enroll top international students. This role involves strategic planning, travel, and active engagement with prospective students and partners to promote the university's programs and increase international enrollment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Student Recruitment**:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract international students.
- Travel to educational fairs, schools, and partner institutions to promote the university.
- Conduct presentations and information sessions to prospective students and their families.
**2. Relationship Building**:
- Establish and maintain relationships with international education consultants, high schools, and partner universities.
**3. Admissions Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the marketing department to create promotional materials and digital content targeted at international audiences.
**5. Market Analysis**:
- Evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and adjust plans accordingly.
**6. Reporting and Compliance**:
- Prepare reports on recruitment activities, budget expenditures, and the enrollment outcomes of international recruitment efforts.
- Ensure compliance with both local and international recruitment regulations and ethical standards.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, International Relations, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in international recruitment, sales or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and preferably one other language.
- Ability to travel internationally extensively.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Commitment to consistent Monday-Friday, 8-5 office hours, with the understanding that some circumstances may occasionally require assistance at other times. Official holidays will align with CU's academic calendar.
