**The primary responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to**:
- Manages multiple calendars using sound judgment and business knowledge.
- Able to recognize conflicts and address them promptly while prioritizing critical meetings.
- Onboard new team members hired internally and externally, with announcements, introductory 1:1s, and making necessary tools available from day one.
- Attends and contributes to weekly leadership meetings, keeping the team informed of upcoming deadlines, key dates, and events, and 'good to know' information.
- Submits requests in the HR system related to employee movement and organizational database updates.
- Works with the Intel admin community, especially executive-level admins, to plan and schedule critical meetings based on deliverables, attendee availability, and varying time zones.
- Books global travel according to Intel's Travel Policy.
- Prepares required documents for passports and visas.
- Qualify, prepare, and submit corporate expenses for reimbursement.
- Practices strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Embraces a customer-obsessed attitude.
- Problem-solving, decision-making, initiative, and independent follow-up.
- Organize and prioritize tasks independently.
- Adapts to a fast-paced and dynamic environment with grace and professionalism.
- Anticipates business needs of the teams, and proactively demonstrates solutions and/or recommendations to address prior to escalation.
**Qualifications**:** Minimum Qualifications**:
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.
- High School diploma.
- 5+ years of experience as an administrative assistant supporting multiple staff members.
- 5+ years of experience with MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Advanced English level.
- Must have a permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Working experience with tools such as Workday, Requisition Approval Tool, Concur, SharePoint, Teams.

**Working Model**:
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. **In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.**
