What We Are Looking For: The Developer Intern will assist the team on providing Tier 1 support for requests coming from internal teams, this includes troubleshooting issues, collecting metrics and statistics about support cases and fulfilling configuration change requests. In addition, this role requires performing manual testing (QA) for client facing applications. What You'll Be Doing: Provide tier 1 level support and troubleshoot minor issues Collect and report metrics and statistics for support cases Perform app manual testing (develop and document test cases) Fulfil configuration change requests The Skills You Bring: Basic knowledge of programing or scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, .Net) Basic knowledge on manual testing Troubleshooting skills Basic knowledge on source control tooling (git) Minimum Qualifications: Pursuing bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience Strong problem-solving abilities Good communication skills Proficient English level Desired Qualifications: Containers/Cloud basic knowledge is a plus #LI-Remote
