**Job Description**:

Support the SMB sales team to free up more time for sales activities.
Be responsible for doing the briefings and more administrative and operative activities of the team (80-90% post-sales activities)
**Responsabilidades**:
Be responsible for all sales instructions (for Finance) and product instructions (for Cust.
Succ.)
to be delivered to customers, as well as support with questions that come from customers in the post sales process.
In addition to these instructions, also support in the pre-sales process, performing background investigations in the quotation process, supporting the hunter team in the development of the quotation.
Also be responsible for doing the credit check instructions of new prospects and support with the contract development of new sales.

Must have the ability to connect with various internal areas (Finance, Customer Response, Customer Success, as well as SMB's own commercial team.
Open to feedback and teamwork.
